Requirements
- Experience: Proven track record in Salesforce development (Apex, Triggers, SOQL).
- Frontend: Solid understanding of Lightning Web Components (LWC) or Aura.
- Platform Knowledge: Deep understanding of Salesforce Data Model, Security concepts (Sharing/Visibility), and Governor Limits.
- Engineering Excellence: Familiarity with design patterns, Git version control, and CI/CD processes.
- Language: English level B2 or higher (both written and verbal).

We are expanding our Salesforce development team and are looking for a motivated Salesforce Developer to join us. - Develop & Maintain: Build robust solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, LWC/Aura, and Flow Builder.
- Optimize: Improve existing custom logic, resolve technical debt, and ensure high system performance.
- Integrate: Build and maintain seamless integrations with internal and external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
- Collaborate: Participate in code reviews and work closely with Tech Leads and Architects to ensure alignment with best practices.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure high-quality code through comprehensive unit testing and adherence to Salesforce development standards.
- Document: Prepare technical documentation to support system scalability and knowledge sharing.

Possessing experience or certifications in the following specialized Clouds will be considered a significant advantage:- Sales Cloud: Expertise in automating complex sales processes and opportunity management.
- Marketing Cloud: Experience with Journey Builder, Content Builder, or AMPScript.
- Nonprofit Cloud (NPSP): Understanding the specific architecture and data models tailored for nonprofit organizations.
- Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I or II (PD1/PD2).
