Key Responsibilities

• Define scope, milestones, and deliverables for software release cycles, ensuring regulatory requirements translate accurately into technical implementation
• Manage resource allocation and day-to-day execution across analyst, development, and QA teams to hit time-sensitive deadlines
• Oversee risk identification and mitigation; escalate blockers and drive accountability through standups, sprint planning, and progress tracking
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders; report status, timelines, and risks to leadership
• Partner with support and operations to ensure full readiness for product releases, including QA validation and approval testing
