Requirements
This person will play a key role in maintaining and growing the sales for AuntMinnie.com and AuntMinnieEurope.com site by:
Sales – 65%
- Engage on the phone, online, and in person with companies to facilitate sales of products
- Work with the CEO and Head of Sales to develop strategies on areas to grow new business
- Achieve individual and group review targets by managing and growing exiting accounts and developing new business
- Understand the healthcare side of the business to help solve customer business challenges
- Maintain and grow long-term client relationships
- Prospect and acquire
- Respond to and follow up on inquiries and leads in a timely manner
- Utilize CRM to track interaction with clients and potential clients
- Bring together in-house teams to meet and exceed customer expectations
- Flexibility to shift into other ancillary sales areas as needed
- Additional duties as needed and assigned
- Experience working with large accounts that require multiple stakeholders’ approval
- Highly motivated, self-starter with attention to detail
- Strong prospecting and account nurturing skills
- Outstanding organization, communication, and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Google Suite.
- Ability to handle high volume customer portfolio with multiple products
- Ability to work quickly and independently with minimal oversight
- Aptitude for critical thinking and attention to detail
- Excellent problem solving, judgement, and decision-making skills
- 5+ years experience selling digital solutions through needs-based approach
- Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry and proven relationships with companies in this market
- Experience managing long-term relationships with clients
- Experience presenting solutions to clients and potential clients
- Experience with prospecting to find the right decision maker
- Experience using CRM
- Must be willing to travel to customers and for trade shows
