Account Manager

As our new Account Manager, you will be the driving force behind our sales success. You will focus on cultivating and growing our existing accounts, turning partnerships into revenue. You will leverage your commercial acumen to identify opportunities, develop winning sales strategies, and lead the charge on high-value tenders. What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts in the HVAC/R sector.
• Lead the tender process from start to finish, ensuring compelling and technically accurate proposals.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison for customers, providing expert advice and solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery.

• A qualification in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Proven experience in account management within the HVAC/R industry.
• A strong track record of successfully securing projects through competitive tenders.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
