Position Overview

As a Channel Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding partnerships with key channel customers, ensuring strong and productive business relationships. You will develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve the company’s sales targets. This role requires excellent communication, sales skills, and deep industry connections, along with the ability to effectively coordinate internal and external resources to ensure successful project delivery.



Key Responsibilities

  • Channel Development and Management: Identify and establish relationships with new channel partners. Maintain and deepen relationships with existing key accounts to enhance business cooperation.
  • Achieving Sales Targets: Develop and implement actionable sales plans in line with company goals, ensuring the achievement of assigned sales targets.
  • Account Management: Analyze the needs of key accounts, offer tailored solutions, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Contract Negotiation and Signing: Lead and participate in commercial negotiations with key accounts. Prepare and manage contract terms to protect the company’s interests.
  • Market Analysis and Strategy: Gather and analyze market intelligence to identify trends and opportunities. Adjust sales strategies based on market conditions and customer needs to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Cross-Department Coordination: Work closely with marketing, technical support, and product teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely responses to customer needs.
  • Training and Support: Provide product and solution training to channel partners to increase their sales capabilities and product knowledge.



Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
  • 3-5 years of experience in channel sales or key account management, preferably with industry-related resources.
  • In-depth knowledge of channel management and key account sales models with proven ability to develop and manage key accounts independently.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent market analysis and business acumen, with the ability to adapt quickly to market changes.
  • Team player with the ability to coordinate with cross-functional departments.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Mandarin speakers are preferred.
