As a Senior Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth, profitability, and client satisfaction for a portfolio of Transport accounts. If you are passionate about building client relationships and delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you!
We will count on you to:
- Build and maintain good relationships with key clients.
- Directly engage with clients during and beyond the renewal cycle.
- Maintain and deepen your technical knowledge across heavy motor, liability, and marine insurance classes.
- Take a proactive approach to all aspects of service delivery to clients, ensuring client needs are identified and met in line with agreed service standards.
- Ensure all client servicing requirements across renewals, endorsements, claims and general inquiries are met in accordance with Marsh KPI’s.
- Support the Team with taking a proactive approach to triaging new business opportunities through the existing client base.
- Tier 1 Insurance Broking Compliance Accreditation (ANZIIF or Equivalent).
- Demonstrated experience within the insurance industry as a Broker.
- Knowledge of General Insurance products.
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
- Good work ethic and willingness to learn and develop professionally.
