OUR CLIENT

Our client is a fast‑growing B2B SaaS company with a strong AI component, operating in an international environment and on a clear growth and expansion journey. As part of its scaling strategy, the company is building a Barcelona Sales Hub, which will act as a strategic center for the Italian market.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for an Account Executive Manager to act as the founding sales leader of the Barcelona office.


Key responsibilities include:


  • Building and leading the Barcelona Sales Hub, shaping local culture, rituals and daily operations.
  • Recruiting, onboarding and ramping Italian‑speaking Account Executives, owning the full hiring and development cycle.
  • Full ownership of SMB outbound revenue, including ARR targets, pipeline coverage, win rate, sales cycle length, ACV, discount discipline and forecast accuracy.
  • Leading and coaching full‑cycle AEs, through weekly 1:1s, pipeline reviews, live call coaching and deal strategy sessions.
  • Executing and continuously improving the outbound sales operating system, adapting proven playbooks to the local team.
  • Close collaboration with Marketing, Partnerships and Product to maximise pipeline generation and conversion.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience leading SMB outbound sales teams in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong hands‑on outbound background and full‑cycle sales expertise.
  • A clear founding‑manager / builder mindset, comfortable starting from zero.
  • Experience in high‑velocity sales environments, with deal sizes typically between €1k and €10k.
  • Fluent Italian (essential) and professional English.
  • Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate (hybrid/on‑site leadership role).
