We are seeking a hard-working, innovative, detail-oriented, and creative team player to join our IT department as a full-time Senior Software Product Manager located in Provo, Utah. The Senior Product Manager is responsible for ensuring that
what we build reflects how work actually happens in the field, while also understanding how decisions impact the broader system. This includes owning product outcomes end-to-end – from problem discovery through delivery and usability – and designing practical, high-quality workflows in the absence of a dedicated design function. Success in this role requires balancing business needs, technical constraints, and platform-wide implications, while leveraging AI as a force multiplier to accelerate product workflows and improve decision quality.
This position is located on-site.

- Own the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for a major Field Operations product domain, ensuring alignment with company goals and operational needs
- Develop a deep understanding of field operations through direct engagement, including ride-alongs and workflow observation, and structured stakeholder interactions
- Translate operational challenges into clear product opportunities, problem statements, and prioritized initiatives
- Lead roadmap planning and prioritization, balancing business impact, technical complexity, operational feasibility, and cross-domain dependencies
- Design and deliver end-to-end product solutions in partnership with engineering, ensuring usability and effectiveness in real-world field conditions
- Own user experience and workflow design, creating intuitive and efficient systems without reliance on a dedicated design team
- Identify, evaluate, and manage cross-domain dependencies, ensuring product decisions account for platform-wide impacts and system interactions
- Define, track, and evaluate success metrics, connecting product performance to operational efficiency and business outcomes
- Communicate product strategy, roadmap decisions, risks, and tradeoffs clearly to stakeholders and leadership
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with field operations leadership and act as the primary partner for the domain
- Drive alignment across cross-functional teams without direct authority, ensuring coordinated execution and shared understanding
- Mentor other Product Managers and contribute to raising the overall product quality, standards, and practices across the team
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate product workflows, including synthesizing discovery insights, drafting documentation, generating requirements, and supporting research
- Apply AI to identify patterns across operational data and stakeholder feedback, improving prioritization and decision-making
- Continuously evaluate opportunities to incorporate AI into both product development processes and the product experience, where it adds meaningful value
- 8 years of experience in product management
- Deep experience in owning complex product domains or platforms end-to-end, including strategy, execution, and outcome ownership
- Strong platform and systems thinking, with the ability to understand and manage dependencies across interconnected systems
- Ability to evaluate product decisions based on both local impact and broader system-wide implications
- Experience translating ambiguous business and operational problems into clear product strategies and actionable plans
- Strong understanding of how product decisions impact business performance, scalability, and operational efficiency
- Ability to design practical, user-centered workflows and interfaces without reliance on a dedicated design team
- Strong stakeholder management and influence skills, with the ability to build trust and align teams without direct authority
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to clearly convey complex ideas, tradeoffs, and decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to define meaningful success metrics, analyze outcomes, and make data-informed decisions
- High level of comfort operating in an ambiguous, evolving environment with incomplete information
- Demonstrated ability to mentor others and contribute to improving team standards and product practices
- Experience leveraging AI tools to improve productivity across product workflows, including research, discovery synthesis, documentation, and requirement generation
- Ability to apply AI thoughtfully to enhance decision-making, identify patterns, and improve product outcomes without over-reliance on automation
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred
- Experience working with design systems and UX teams
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Figma or Github
- Experience working in or with field operations, logistics, workforce management, or service-based business environments preferred
- Technical fluency or experience working closely with engineering teams
- Coding background or understanding how to use it in conjunction with AI
