Entry-Level Account Coordinator

Our client is looking for an outgoing, friendly & organized go-getter who is available to hop on a fast-moving onboarding process! If all goes well, you'd be starting next week, week of 5/25!

Scope: Full-time
Duration: Through end of 2026 with potential to extend beyond
Location: 3 days on site in Boston by the TD Garden
Salary Range: $50,000-$55,000 + Benefits & PTO
Timeline: FAST! Interviews over the next ~1 week, then start immediatey following. Must be able to start week of 5/25 right after Memorial Day!

Our client, a top activation agency based in Boston, is hiring a slew of entry-level Account Coordinators to support high-energy brand and youth marketing campaigns. This is a great opportunity for early-career candidates who want hands-on exposure to experiential marketing, ambassador programs, creative ad agencies and live events while working closely with one of the world's biggest global tech companies, in addition to internal teams.

What You Will Do

  • Support the planning, execution, and management of Gen Z-focused marketing campaigns
  • Assist with ambassador programs, activations, and experiential events
  • Help keep projects on track by managing timelines, deliverables, and reporting
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and client stakeholders
  • Support day-to-day account needs, including communication, documentation, and follow-ups
  • Problem-solve quickly in fast-moving, live-event environments

Experience and Tools

  • Bachelor's degree (marketing, business, communications, or related field)
  • 0-2 years of experience; events or experiential marketing experience a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
