About the Role

Reporting to the Senior NBM Pharmacy your key responsibilities will include;

  • Managing Symbion Wholesale and all related banners Viz Terry White, Good Price, Blooms, Cincotta, Chem Pro and Direct Chemist Outlet etc
  • You will also manage and direct the 3rd party field force setting priorities and providing clear and effective communication to achieve all in store objectives in field in your accounts
  • Achieve your sales plan via effective promotional planning and spend control to achieve your gross sales and net sales targets
  • Support the Senior NBM in the development of the overall pharmacy channel strategy
  • Develop strong relationships with all customers and negotiate ranging, promotional support and in store activation initiatives and effective category reviews.
  • Work closely with revenue growth and marketing to identify new initiatives and execute new product launches
  • P&L management, sales forecast accuracy, annual budgeting and reporting


About You

  • Your are an OTC Pharmacy professional and likely to have account management experience as a KAM of some of the smaller accounts and previously from the field and looking to step up
  • Alternately an experienced OTC NAM looking to join multinational Pharma business with strong brands and a great team
  • Possibly from a healthcare related grocery background?
  • You are keen to progress you career and looking for the right organisation and will bring in fresh ideas and energy
