Aaxel Insurance Brokers is looking for a detail-oriented and client-focused Personal Lines Account Manager to support our growing client base and provide exceptional ongoing service.

About the Role

The Personal Lines Account Manager is responsible for servicing and maintaining personal insurance accounts while supporting brokers and ensuring a high standard of client care.

This is a full-time position based in Ontario and requires on-site work.

Office location: 2000 Argentia Road, Plaza 5, Suite 500, Mississauga, ON, L5N 2R7 (Head Office)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and service a portfolio of personal lines insurance accounts.
• Process policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
• Respond to client inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Review policies and coverage details with clients.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Support brokers with administrative and client servicing tasks.
• Collaborate with insurance carriers and underwriting teams.
• Ensure compliance with brokerage procedures and regulatory requirements.

What You Will Bring to Aaxel

• Valid RIBO license in good standing.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
• Previous experience in personal lines insurance servicing preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with brokerage management systems and Microsoft Office.
