Job Purpose:Team Member - Sales and Marketing supports the pursuit of global business opportunities, engaging in sales and marketing efforts, collaborating with stakeholders, and meeting sales targets to fuel the company's revenue growth.
Responsibilities
Opportunity Identification:
- Research the market to find potential clients and trends in dredging. Assess competitors to spot opportunities for standing out.
- Connect with potential clients at events and maintain current relationships for ongoing business.
- Work with experts to craft proposals that meet client needs. Present the company's strengths and successes to prospects.
- Create sales plans in line with company goals and track the sales process to close deals effectively.
- Help create marketing content and lead generation campaigns in collaboration with marketing teams.
- Monitor sales metrics and gather market feedback to guide business strategies.
- Keep up with digital and AI advancements to enhance business and maintain competitiveness.

Qualifications
Education Qualification:
BE/Btech , ME/M.TECH/MBA
Work Experience (Range Of Years)
3-10 years of relevant experience with min. 3 yrs experience in Logistics industry (prefferable)
