About the Role
At IGA, Account Managers are the backbone of the client experience. You will be the trusted advisor clients rely on, from navigating coverage questions to guiding them through decisions that align their business needs and risk strategies.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a long-term career in business, risk, and client strategy. You will work directly with clients, carriers, and internal leadership to execute and improve insurance programs that protect growing businesses.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client service and support
- Advise clients on policy details and coverage questions
- Review contracts and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Support renewal strategy, marketing, and carrier negotiations
- Analyze loss data, exposures, and trends to provide strategic insight
- Manage policy changes, endorsements, and certificates of insurance
- Oversee billing, invoicing, and account accuracy
- Coordinate with Account Executives and internal team members to deliver a high-level client experience
- Help onboard new clients and ensure smooth implementation of their insurance programs

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required)
- Insurance or business experience is a plus, not required
- Must obtain Property & Casualty License within 60 days (we will support you)
