Where you will have impact
- Manage and optimize our marketing automation platforms to fit strategic needs and ensure operational excellence, data integrity, and seamless integration.
- Be part of the team that recommends, implements and integrates new MarTech tools to expand our capabilities and ensure a seamless connection with our existing systems.
- Continuously test and analyze marketing automation processes, lead management workflows, and campaigns to improve conversion rates and overall performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Marketing, Sales Operations, and Engineering to understand business requirements and align our technology stack to support their goals.
- Solve key marketing challenges by improving attribution models, lead assignment processes, data accuracy, and funnel analysis.
- Develop and maintain clear documentation for all marketing processes, providing guidance and a reference for the entire team.
- Collaborate on AI-driven Marketing Operations initiatives, shaping how AI-powered tools such as Clay, data enrichment, and automation are used within Marketing to improve scalability, accuracy, and performance.

- Extensive experience in a marketing operations role.
- Solid experience with marketing automation platforms like Hubspot or Marketo.
- Good level of CRM (Salesforce) or sales-process understanding (i.e. Lead > Opportunity conversion)
- Experience implementing and managing various MarTech tools, such as intent data platforms, spam prevention, or event management software.
- A results-driven mindset with a strong ability to analyze data to inform marketing decisions and measure ROI.
- Exceptional attention to detail, great time management, and clear communication skills.
- A collaborative team player who can also work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
- A genuine curiosity for AI and a willingness to actively experiment with AI-powered tools as part of daily work — not just as a user, but as someone who identifies where AI can improve marketing operations processes and drives those initiatives forward.
- Previous experience working in a high-growth B2B SaaS or technology company.
- Hands-on experience with API-based integrations, connecting MarTech tools and troubleshooting sync behaviour across platforms.
- Project management skills with a proven ability to see projects through to successful completion.
- Experience with content management systems like Storyblok.
- Familiarity with data visualization in BI tools like Looker and advanced analysis in Excel.
