Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in the packaging or cannabis industry preferred)
- Experience working in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment
- Strong customer service mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in MS Office
- NetSuite or similar ERP system experience (highly preferred)
About the Role
The Account Coordinator provides critical support to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth day-to-day operations. This role partners closely with the Account Manager and cross-functional teams to support logistics, billing, data management, and customer communications while helping execute processes that drive results.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and internal stakeholders
- Maintain accurate vendor and customer data within NetSuite
- Coordinate logistics to ensure orders are delivered on time
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer, vendor, and sales team inquiries
- Support the Account Manager by proactively addressing operational needs
- Communicate critical updates across internal teams and external partners
- Take ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring timely follow-through and resolution
- Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-priority environment
- Support additional sales and account functions as the business grows
