Account Coordinator

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in the packaging or cannabis industry preferred)
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment
  • Strong customer service mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • NetSuite or similar ERP system experience (highly preferred)


About the Role

The Account Coordinator provides critical support to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth day-to-day operations. This role partners closely with the Account Manager and cross-functional teams to support logistics, billing, data management, and customer communications while helping execute processes that drive results.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate vendor and customer data within NetSuite
  • Coordinate logistics to ensure orders are delivered on time
  • Respond promptly and accurately to customer, vendor, and sales team inquiries
  • Support the Account Manager by proactively addressing operational needs
  • Communicate critical updates across internal teams and external partners
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring timely follow-through and resolution
  • Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-priority environment
  • Support additional sales and account functions as the business grows
