Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in growth, performance, direct response, social, digital, cloud, or events marketing
- Experience working cross-functionally with various stakeholders and teams.
- Ability to communicate in English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
- Experience in data analysis, reporting, and using social analytics platforms.
- AI enthusiast. Interest and adoption of AI tools.
- Ability to interact with both technical and business stakeholders, at all levels of an organization.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity in a complex organization and operate independently.
- Ability to drive a significant audience and grow engagement for large-scale consumer brands and products.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business results, oversee the positioning and development of content and marketing programs to grow awareness and engagement in markets across social, on-network, and off-network media channels.
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure content and campaigns created for media and social channels represent the Google brand.
- Use data to uncover marketing opportunities and audience insights.
- Analyze, track, and report on campaign/project return on investment (ROI) based on business generation and marketing qualified lead (MQL) metrics.
