We are seeking a strategic, creative, and data driven Brand Manager to lead the growth and development of a diverse brand portfolio across multiple markets. This role plays a critical part in shaping how our brands connect with consumers, bringing purpose, play, and storytelling to life while delivering strong commercial results.
The Brand Manager will own brand strategy and execution end to end, partnering closely with regional and global teams to deliver impactful 360° marketing campaigns, optimize investments, and build meaningful consumer experiences across all touchpoints.
A Day in the Life as a Brand Manager
Brand Strategy & Planning
- Develop and lead annual brand plans and long term strategic roadmaps in collaboration with regional and global teams
- Define and drive brand positioning, value propositions, and key messages across all consumer touchpoints
- Monitor consumer insights, cultural trends, market dynamics, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities
- Lead the development and execution of 360° integrated marketing campaigns, including advertising, digital, experiential, PR, trade, and promotional initiatives
- Translate brand purpose and storytelling into compelling consumer facing activations that build equity and demand
- Partner with agencies and internal teams to ensure creative excellence and flawless execution
- Work closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, and eCommerce teams to align brand strategies with channel specific needs
- Support key commercial moments with strong brand narratives, consumer insights, and promotional planning
- Act as a key connector across Marketing, Finance, Demand Planning, and Regional teams
- Own and manage marketing budgets across brands and markets, ensuring disciplined investment and strong ROI
- Track, analyze, and optimize performance across key KPIs including sell in, sell out, market share and profitability
- Use data and analytics to inform decisions, prioritize initiatives, and course correct when needed
- Manage multiple brands and multiple countries simultaneously within a matrix organization
- Contribute actively to regional and global initiatives, influencing brand strategy beyond local execution
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines, values, and compliance requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing, or Product Management roles
- Proven experience leading integrated 360° marketing campaigns and product or brand launches
- Strong analytical and financial acumen, including forecasting, business planning, and budget management
- Advanced Excel skills for performance analysis, forecasting, and business tracking
- Experience managing multiple brands simultaneously
- Data driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
- Strong cross functional collaboration skills in regional and global environments
- Proactive, hands on, high drive profile with strong ownership and accountability
- Fluent English required
