As our client base and internal operations continue to scale, we are expanding our internal team and looking for an Account Manager / Customer Success Manager to ensure outstanding client experiences and long-term success.
💼 About the Role
We are seeking a proactive, client-focused Account Manager who will own the client relationship after sign-up and throughout the entire engagement. This role sits at the center of communication between clients, the sales team, and recruiters.
You will be responsible for setting expectations, maintaining strong relationships, ensuring follow-through, and identifying opportunities to expand accounts through additional services. This is a high-impact role with commission-based incentives tied to upsells and client success.
📌 Key Responsibilities
Client Onboarding & Account Management
- Act as the main point of contact for clients after sign-up
- Clearly communicate timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Ensure clients feel supported, informed, and confident throughout the hiring process
Follow-Up & Engagement
- Maintain consistent communication with clients and internal teams
- Collect and document feedback on candidates and recruitment progress
- Ensure no tasks, messages, or decisions fall through the cracks
Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with recruiters to align on client needs and priorities
- Proactively address issues and escalate when necessary to ensure fast resolution
Relationship Building & Upselling
- Develop long-term client relationships and understand future hiring needs
- Identify opportunities to offer additional services aligned with client goals
- Present solutions and close upsells, earning commission on successful conversions
Client Education & Expectation Setting
- Educate clients on best practices for working with virtual assistants
- Set clear expectations around response times, communication, and deliverables
- Keep clients engaged, responsive, and moving forward in the process
🧠 Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role such as Account Manager, Account Executive, or Customer Success Manager
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-first mindset
- Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple client accounts
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving and ownership mentality
- Experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR-related services is a plus
- Familiarity with virtual assistants and global talent markets (PH, LATAM, Africa) is an advantage
