Job Title: Product Operations Manager

Location: Beaverton, OR (Hybrid)

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic professional to enable greater agility and operational excellence within a fast-paced apparel organization. Our team partners cross-functionally to deliver process improvements and drive key business objectives for global product and development teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across product, design, merchandising, development, planning, and insights teams to deliver on operational strategies and improvements.
• Identify opportunities and issues within internal processes, then drive the implementation, documentation, and standardization of best practices.
• Support the execution of key projects and workstreams, ensuring alignment and communication across diverse functional teams and business units.
• Create and deliver training materials, maintain project calendars, and facilitate clear, impactful reporting to business stakeholders.

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
• 5+ years of professional experience within product management, project management, operations, or strategy.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, plan, prioritize, and execute multiple projects in a fast-paced matrix environment.
• Experience with process optimization and a strong passion for process excellence and simplification, ideally with a background in apparel product creation.
