Powertrain Product Manager

Responsibilities

1.属地调研：负责组织开展所在区域内动总需求调研工作，深度研究TOB, TOC 客户需求与价值；

1.Local Market Research: Responsible for organizing and conducting powertrain demand research in the assigned region, and conducting in-depth research on the needs and value propositions of B2B and B2C customers.

2.产品导入：负责组织所在区域动总新产品顺利导入市场的工作，包括国家档案建设，当地适应性开发， 开发过程问题管控，项目管理及动总地产化等工作；

2.Product Launch: Responsible for organizing the smooth market launch of new powertrain products in the assigned region, including the establishment of national dossiers, local adaptive development, issue control during the development process, project management and powertrain localization.

3.质量快反：负责组织所在区域动总售后问题快速响应并推进问题闭环；

3.Quality Rapid Response: Responsible for organizing the rapid response to after-sales issues of powertrain in the assigned region and promoting the closed-loop resolution of issues.

Qualifications

1、教育背景：本科及以上学历，汽车、机械、电气等相关专业；

1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher, majoring in automotive engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or related fields.

2、工作经验：硕士3年、本科5年以上动总方面工作经验；

2. Work Experience: Master's degree holders must have at least three years of relevant experience in powertrain development.Bachelor's degree holders must have at least five years of relevant experience in powertrain development.

3、职业素养要求：具备较强的体系流程认同与执行能力，且具备公认的杰出技术能力、管理能力以及较强的创新思维、前瞻性；

3. Professional Competency Requirements: Strong alignment with and ability to effectively implement system processes; recognized excellence in technical and management capabilities within the industry; strong innovative thinking and forward-looking industry insight.

4、特殊资格/条件要求：2年及以上团队管理经验。

4. Special Qualifications/Requirements: At least two years of team management experience.

5、良好的英语口语交流能力；

5. Proficient spoken English communication skills.
