The Product Program Manager manages the tactical execution of all aspects of the council’s product sales programs, including the Cookie Program and the Sweets ‘N’ Treats Fall Product Program. This includes planning, assisting with marketing and promotions, and working in collaboration with all teams withing the organization to ensure the successful execution of the annual product sales campaigns, meeting or exceeding the council’s business plan.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Supports the development and implementation of effective strategies for achieving financial goals for the annual product sales campaigns
Assists in creating and developing collateral for Product Programs
Creates, implements, and manages the Cookie Rookie Program to support new Girl Scouts, families, troops, and volunteers participating in the Cookie Program for the first time.
Works in tandem with the Staff Juliette Liaison to support Juliette participation in product programs
Works cohesively with the Marketing Team to help promote and implement a comprehensive marketing plan and ensures website and social media are up to date
Collaborate with the Girl Scout Engagement and Girl Experience teams to promote product program participation among all troops and Girl Scouts across all pathways, while ensuring the 5 Skills are incorporated into the program experience.
Helps with maintaining proper inventory for both product programs.
Assists the Finance team with collections of all Juliettes product sales funds along with helping to ensure that all delinquent accounts are settled.
Establishes an effective recognition program with the assistance of the Product Program team.
Continually support the volunteers and provide excellent Customer Service
Settle paperwork to product platforms
Identify and research all recognition issues from the volunteers to help the Director of Product Program Operations relay issues to vendor and volunteer.
Support the physical and operational needs of product programs, including extended computer work, group presentations, warehouse support, product distribution, and lifting or moving materials up to 25 pounds as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
Associate degree or equivalent education/experience.
Knowledge of Girl Scouts of Citrus and GSUSA policies and procedures.
Knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, and project management systems.
Required Skills/Abilities
Minimum two years of experience supporting senior level management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Power Point, Word, and Excel.
Proficient in Salesforce, Looker, and Vendor software platforms.
Bi-lingual preferred (Spanish and English).
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, especially during the Product Programs’ busy season.
Capability to provide own transportation and maintain valid operator license.
Register annually for a GSUSA membership and have a favorable criminal background check.
Skills in planning and organization of projects, deadlines, and meetings.
Excellent oral and written communication.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Ability to maintain accurate and confidential records by maintaining discretion on sensitive matters
Ability to provide positive customer service to both internal and external customers.

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Speaking to large groups for extended periods.
Must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds at times.
Standing for extended hours while working in the warehouse.
