Solutions Architect

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible in doing research on cutting-edge technologies related to the Telecommunication Business Support System (BSS) field, such as CRM, Billing System, etc;

2. Participate in international and domestic industry conferences and related exhibitions;

3. Work together with product manager to plan the development of cutting-edge products and packaging solutions;

4. Assist account manager in defining OSS solution scope, response to technical inquiries, develop marketing strategy and perform solution design according to the project budget.

5. Responsible for cutting-edge product promotion planning, guide and participating in pre-sales work;

6. Responsible for international BSS product communication, Demo and bidding.

7. Drive the growth of the team through experience and knowledge sharing and accumulate team capabilities.

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Marketing or equivalent.

2. At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in BSS industry or at least 2 years of experience in telecommunications planning / design / operation and maintenance.

3. Good communication, high self-responsibility, hardworking, and documentation ability.

4. Good analytical ability to analyze industry development trends and directions based on an in-depth understanding of the product and business background.

5. Ability to express: proficiently articulate products and solutions, able to present solutions in English, and have good communication skills;

6. Learning ability: willing to learn, need to have fast learning ability and ability to look into relevant forums or standards for better understanding of the industry and further self-improvement.
