About The Role
We’re looking for a commercially driven Account Manager to join our team, taking full ownership of one of our high-growth markets.
This is not a supporting role, you will use your experience to own an entire portfolio end-to-end. From onboarding new customers onto the platform through to renewals, and retention. You’ll be operating with a high degree of autonomy, building something from good to exceptional. This role is central to Doctify’s international growth and the right person will thrive on the challenge of scaling a market, not just managing one.

You’ll be responsible for
- Owning the full customer lifecycle in your market, from onboarding new clinicians through to account management, renewals, and churn prevention
- Driving rapid, high-quality onboarding that sets customers up for long-term success and measurable ROI
- Managing a high-volume book of business with proactive approach, identifying growth opportunities, risks, and expansion within your accounts
- Building deep relationships with customers, understanding their needs and demonstrating ongoing value throughout the partnership
- Handling churn requests and renewal negotiations with confidence, finding solutions that protect and grow revenue
- Acting as a key contributor to our international growth, sharing market insights, feeding back on trends, and helping shape how we scale
- Operating with autonomy and accountability, making independent decisions, and finding solutions
- Strong retention and renewal rates across your portfolio
- Customers achieving fast time-to-value, post onboarding
- Consistent expansion activity such as upsells, referrals, and growing account footprint
- High activity levels maintained across a demanding volume of accounts
- A portfolio and market that is visibly better than it was when you first arrived
- You have 2+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales would be desirable but no required
- You have operated in a high-volume and fast-paced environment
- You have experience working in or building out a new market and understand the ambiguity that comes with it
- You’re commercially driven and think in terms of revenue, retention, and growth, not just activity
- You’re highly organised, prioritise well, and take ownership of finding a way to get things done
- You’re a confident communicator who thrives on calls with customers and able to influence outcomes
