Data & AI Product Manager

At Propsoch, we’re building India’s most advanced real estate due diligence platform — helping affluent homebuyers make informed property decisions through deep research, data intelligence, and advisory.

We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead our Intelligence Pod — the team responsible for the “truth layer” of Propsoch.

This role owns:

• Real estate supply data coverage, freshness & accuracy

• Peace of Mind Reports (our flagship research product)

• Fair Price Calculator & property scoring systems

• AI-powered extraction pipelines from advisor calls & site visits

• Research tools that turn complex data into buyer decisions

You’ll work closely with founders, engineers, researchers, and market experts to build the intelligence systems powering every recommendation we make.

What we’re looking for:

• 3–5 years in Product Management

• Strong experience with data-heavy products / analytics systems

• High analytical rigor — SQL, spreadsheets, structured thinking

• Experience handling messy, incomplete, real-world datasets

• AI / LLM familiarity for extraction, summarization, or workflows

• Excellent writing and ownership mindset

This is not a feature-shipping PM role.

It’s a systems-thinking, data-quality, research-heavy role where your work directly shapes buyer trust and Propsoch’s moat.
