  • 3+ years’ experience in account management within a branding or creative agency
  • Hybrid role – Offices in Inner-South East Melbourne
  • Salary up to $90K (a conversation to be had around a more senior candidate)
  • FMCG experience required

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?


You will be the main point of contact for your clients, managing relationships and guiding them through each stage of a project. You will build trust, manage expectations, and ensure communication is clear and consistent.


You will lead day-to-day project delivery, managing timelines, briefs, feedback, and internal coordination. You will work closely with creative and strategy teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard, while solving any challenges along the way.


You will support account growth by identifying opportunities within existing clients and contributing to new business where needed. You will also stay close to the work, understanding the strategy and creative direction to ensure it aligns with client goals.


You will manage project financials, including tracking time, monitoring scope, and supporting billing and forecasting.


For the right person, this can step into a Senior Account Manager position with more ownership across key accounts and projects.


WHAT YOU NEED...


  • 3+ years’ experience in account management within a branding or creative agency
  • Experience working with FMCG clients
  • Strong client management and communication skills
  • Confident managing multiple projects at once
  • Experience taking briefs and working closely with creative and strategy teams
  • Understanding of branding, design, and strategy
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • Confidence coordinating teams and managing delivery
