The Role

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our vibrant Account Management team in Melbourne.

In this role you will work closely with an experienced team of account leaders, creatives, customer experience managers, data experts, and social managers to deliver best-in-class client solutions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily contact and build strong, collaborative relationships with clients.
• Play a key role in client presentations, including project planning and selling creative through the development of strong rationales.
• Collaborate with clients to develop clear reverse client briefs and work with internal teams to create comprehensive advertising strategies and inspiring creative briefs.
• Develop creative briefs and work with creative and production teams to deliver integrated campaigns and projects.
• Manage campaigns from conception through to delivery, ensuring high standards are met at every stage.
• Coordinate activities between internal departments including strategy, creative, paid media, CRM, social, and production to ensure seamless campaign execution (and equally with external partners).
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources, making necessary adjustments to meet deliverables.

Skills and Experience

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in account management or project management in an integrated or digital agency.
• Highly organized, proactive and acute attention to detail.
• A strong collaborator and teammate, internally and with partner agencies.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• A proactive, can-do attitude and a solutions-focused mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Trello, Smartsheet or other project management tools.
