Account Executive
Indexed description
This role is for someone who owns their projects. You will be the person clients call, the person who knows the status of every open item, and the person who makes sure things ship on time and on budget. If your background is in sitting in meetings and summarizing what others decided, this is not the right fit. If you have a track record of running projects from start to finish and stepping onto a show floor with confidence, we want to talk.

Client Trust: Clients know who to call and feel confident you have it handled
Confidence: Leads the floor calmly when things do not go as planned
Internal Value: Makes the team better, not just their own accounts easier
A note on who we are. D&M has been independently owned since 1964. We run lean, which means everyone here carries real responsibility. There is no hand-holding layer between you and the client, and no large team to absorb your mistakes. That is a feature if you want to grow fast and own your work. The path to Senior AE or Account Manager is performance and initiative, not time served.
