An established and growing IT services provider is looking for a driven Business Development Manager to join their team in Chobham. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional who enjoys building relationships, generating new business, and helping organisations improve their IT support and infrastructure services.

This role is ideal for someone with experience selling managed IT services, IT support, telecoms, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, or wider technology services into SMEs.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for identifying and winning new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and promoting a range of managed IT and support services to businesses across the region.

Key responsibilities include:

• Generating new business opportunities through outbound sales activity, networking, and referrals
• Building and managing a strong sales pipeline
• Attending client meetings to understand business needs and present tailored IT solutions
• Working closely with technical teams to scope and deliver proposals
• Managing the full sales cycle from lead generation through to close
• Developing long-term relationships with new and existing clients
• Maintaining accurate CRM records and sales forecasting

What They’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a Business Development Manager, Account Manager, or IT sales role
• Experience selling IT support, managed services, cloud, telecoms, cybersecurity, or technology solutions
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confident generating and closing new business opportunities
• Self-motivated with a proactive and target-driven approach
• Full UK driving licence preferred
