As B2B Channel Marketing Manager for the UK Ireland, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how partners engage with Lenovo - ensuring they are informed, motivated, enabled, and rewarded for success.

What are your main responsibilities in this role?

  • You own the end‑to‑end marketing strategy for Lenovo’s B2B partner programme across the UK Ireland.
  • You translate global and EMEA programme frameworks into local, high‑impact engagement plans that resonate with partners.
  • You design and execute a structured, always‑on communication strategy across multiple partner channels.
  • You create, launch, and optimise channel incentives and promotions aligned to commercial growth priorities.
  • You manage and enhance the local partner portal experience, driving adoption, engagement, and usability.
  • You track partner engagement, incentive uptake, and programme performance using data and analytics.
  • You build clear insights and reporting to show what is working, what is not, and where to optimise.
  • You collaborate closely with EMEA, Sales, Product Marketing, Operations, and Finance to deliver results.

What are the role requirements?

  • 5-7 years’ experience in B2B channel or partner marketing, communications, or product/category marketing, ideally within the PC or technology sector.
  • Hands‑on experience running partner programmes, incentives, promotions, or loyalty frameworks.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to link marketing activity to pipeline and revenue impact.
  • Confidence working in a matrixed, international environment across EMEA and global teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in performance tracking, reporting, and dashboards.
  • Ability to turn complex priorities into clear, compelling partner‑facing messages.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and tracking investment and ROI.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
