AI-Native Product Manager | YOptima


📍 Full-time (WFO) | 3–6 Years Experience | Whitefield, Bangalore


YOptima is looking for an AI-Native Product Manager to help build the next generation of intelligent marketing, analytics, and workflow products. You will work closely with founders, leadership, engineering, and data teams to convert business ideas into scalable AI-powered product experiences.


What You’ll Do

  • Work with founders and leadership to shape and execute product initiatives.
  • Translate business problems into product requirements, workflows, and user journeys.
  • Collaborate with engineering and data teams to deliver AI-powered features and automations.
  • Use Gen-AI tools, APIs, copilots, and automation platforms to accelerate product development.
  • Drive feature execution, testing, iteration, and user feedback loops.
  • Help improve product adoption, usability, and business impact through data-driven decisions.
  • Stay updated on emerging AI tools, agentic workflows, and product trends.


What We’re Looking For

  • 3–6 years of product management or product execution experience.
  • Prior coding/development background before transitioning into product management, or demonstrated hands-on ability to build MPVs using modern AI-assisted/vibe coding approaches
  • Strong interest in AI, LLMs, automation, and modern SaaS products.
  • Structured thinker with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working in fast-moving startup environments with high ownership.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across business, product, engineering, and analytics.
  • Bonus: Exposure to AdTech, MarTech, analytics, workflow, or automation platforms.


Important

We are specifically looking for builders — not just spec writers. You should have hands-on experience using modern AI tools to rapidly prototype products, workflows, or automations.

  • Can move quickly from idea to execution.
