Job Description
- Brand manager’s primary role is to be “brand guardian” and maintain brand integrity across company marketing initiatives and communications assigned.
- Assist Senior Brand Manager in Marketing planning, budgeting, metrics and reporting
- To manage the assigned portfolio of products and create value proposition for them for short as well as long term
- Planning and execution of assigned communications (Brand & product related) and media actions on all channels, including online and social media
- Finalize Go to Market plan including tactical and strategic campaigns that result in brand awareness, visibility and recall.
- Leverage ATL, BTL, Digital platforms to drive Ujjivan SFBs awareness and lead generation
- Engage with creative and media buying agencies to brief on campaign requirements and analyze campaign performance to derive key insights
- Follow market trends and present innovative ideas to engage with Target Audience
Desired candidate profile
- MBA/ Post Graduate in Marketing/ Graduate with relevant experience
- 5+ years of experience
- Proven working experience in Brand Management
- Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives
- Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
- Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
- Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
