- You will generate sales leads for Northwest via cold calling, networking, door knocking and clover-leafing within assigned territories
- You will target and acquire new B2B opportunities for pest, termite, and wildlife services
- You will ensure completion of documentation to align with Northwest standards
- You will build, nurture, and strengthen relationships with internal and external customers
- You will attend all Northwest continuing education programs to enhance your daily performance
- You will keep a Safety-First mindset, including when operating company equipment and company vehicle

Qualifications
What you need:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Sales experience required
- B2B experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)
- Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments
- Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.
- Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
