Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Account Manager, based in San Pedro. The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met from project inception to completion. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, managing project timelines and deliverables, coordinating with internal teams, and liaising between clients and production teams to ensure seamless execution of projects. The role also requires monitoring project budgets and providing exceptional customer service to exceed client expectations.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships and internal team coordination
• Project management skills including timeline management, organization, and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively with design and production teams to deliver high-quality results
• Problem-solving skills to address client inquiries and project challenges efficiently
• Experience in events, exhibitions, or a related industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
• Willingness to work on-site in San Pedro
