Role Description
This is not a support role; it is a high-impact growth position. We are seeking an Account Executive & Revenue Operator to work directly with our founders to scale operations across multiple US metro markets. You will be responsible for the full-cycle outreach process—from market research and lead generation to managing the CRM and closing the gap between a "lead" and a "partner."
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Outreach: Build, refine, and execute high-volume outreach templates and campaigns (collaborating with the CMO) to secure new partnerships and accounts.
- Lead Intelligence & Research: Conduct deep market research to identify targets, vet potential partners/vendors, and prepare actionable reports for leadership.
- CRM Mastery (Zoho Suite): Own the Zoho CRM and Zoho Books environment. You will be responsible for pipeline hygiene, data entry, and ensuring every lead is tracked and nurtured.
- Strategic Support to Founders: Act as the "Right Hand" in business development meetings—synthesizing notes, tracking sales action items, and ensuring no deal falls through the cracks.
- AI-Driven Productivity: Leverage AI and automation tools daily to automate lead sourcing, personalize outreach at scale, and streamline sales operations.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Facilitate high-level logistics, including scheduling partner demos, coordinating interviews with potential vendors, and managing third-party relationships.
- Market Expansion: Support the founders in "boots-on-the-ground" growth tasks, such as influencer coordination and production support, to establish a presence in new US markets.
- 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Business Development, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Revenue-Driven Mentality: You are a proactive self-starter who anticipates what a deal needs to move forward and drives tasks to completion without handholding.
- Zoho Proficiency: Demonstrable ability to rapidly manage and optimize Zoho CRM, project management tools, and administrative tech stacks.
- AI Fluency: Advanced comfort using AI and modern automation tools to multiply your output; you should have specific examples of using these in a professional setting.
- High EQ & Communication: You possess the "soft skills" to navigate complex conversations with senior leadership and external partners while maintaining total confidentiality.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: You thrive in the "grey area" of a growing company and actively suggest improvements to the sales process.
- Cultural Alignment: Strong empathy and fit with a mission-driven, spiritual, and progressive organization.
- Bonus: Experience in healthcare, end-of-life services, or compassionate care sectors.
