About The Role
Growth at Revolut is where strategy, data, and creativity come together. The team drives expansion by launching in new markets, accelerating acquisition, and boosting engagement and retention. They turn insights into action, working across teams and channels to scale what works and experiment with what’s next.
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to build Revolut’s brand globally. You’ll oversee campaign development, refine market positioning, and launch initiatives that bring our features to life.

What You'll Be Doing
- Building the Revolut brand into a global household name, driving brand consistency and adoption around the world
- Driving brand strategy to increase both awareness and consideration among different audiences
- Collaborating with world-class brand agencies to execute marketing campaigns and activations
- Building scalable processes to define strategy, customer segmentation, and external messaging frameworks
- Setting a consistently high bar for content quality across marketing assets and events, including on-site execution, and evaluating performance across metrics
- Consulting local marketing and partnerships on brand execution in their markets
- Expertise in global brand marketing or brand strategy, building awareness of brands that people love
- A track record of marketing excellence, having led cross-channel marketing campaigns that you designed, implemented, and evaluated
- Proficiency in defining and analysing metrics to measure campaign success
- Excellent problem-solving skills, using data to build and constantly improve marketing strategy
- Impeccable relationship and communication skills to collaborate with external agencies, vendor, and stakeholders
- Experience managing budgets and delivering cost-efficient production solutions
