Responsibilities:
- Strategize and implement cross region campaigns. Manage timelines, deliveries and stakeholder expectations throughout the entire process from strategy to delivery.
- Develop and execute comprehensive industry marketing strategies to promote overseas hotel accommodation.
- Research marketing campaign data analysis and operational data, analyze customer acquisition, conversion, and product strategies, and continuously improve key operational metrics.
- Integrate onsite and offsite marketing resources to boost campaign traffic and uplift order conversion.
- Partner with cross-functional teams such as product, creative, sourcing to maximize quality, impact and efficiency for all campaign efforts.
- Reporting on campaign progress and making adjustments to ensure their success.
- Continuously assess and report on the results of campaigns and implement improvements where necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or 3 years' working experience or above.
- Excellent written and oral language skills in both English and Mandarin.
- Proficient in managing event operations involving at least a million users. Successful order growth case in campaign planning.
- Possess strong abilities in market analysis, marketing, planning, promotion, negotiation, communication, coordination, and problem-solving, with ability to multi-task and manage simultaneous deadlines.
- Strong rational and logical thinking.
- Proactive in detecting growth opportunities and pain points and be able to push things forward.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in e-commerce platform or travel industry is highly preferred.
