Job Overview:
This position is responsible for comprehensive marketing (including 4Ps) and clinical education for Hybrid OR.
Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties:
Product Marketing (70%)
- Identify clinical-based value propositions of HORT to increase win rate in respective segments.
- Product Management: Manage PLCM of HORT portfolio to ensure rationalized product phase-in and phase-out.
- Pricing: Support product pricing strategy by conducting market and competitors’ analysis
- Place: Support product tender by partnering with sales and empowering channel partners
- Communication: Initiate and lead campaigns to communicate value propositions of HOR.
- KOL Management: Closely collaborate with KOLs to drive clinical advocacy by establishing reference sites.
- Support to maintain close partnership with business partners
- Other supporting work to enable marketing excellence.
Clinical Education(20%)
- Analyze and develop clinical application practices for HOR, articulating specialty-based value story and solution differentiators.
- Support clinical application of HORT to ensure proper usage.
- Plan and develop clinical education collaterals to empower sales and end-users.
- Plan and execute training campaigns to enhance sales and distributors competencies.
Others (10%)
- Lead NPD projects by coordinating cross-functional team.
- Support customer visit to showroom to clearly deliver product F&B
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in clinical, medical engineering or business
- Minimum 5-years working experience in marketing in related surgical domain
- Clinical/procedure marketing experience in OR is highly preferred.
- Intermediate understanding of medical and clinical application
- Excellent communication skill
- Skilled in oral and written English
