岗位职责:

  • 1.制订续保经营策略以及相关路径，并协助分公司落地；
  • 2.统筹续保以及各机构业务目标的制订以及分解；
  • 3.各机构业务目标追踪、过程管理、专项追踪；
  • 4.寿个续日常经营分析，品质管理；
  • 5.完成上级领导交办的其他工作。

岗位要求:

  • 1.本科及以上学历，保险、金融、市场营销、经济专业以及医学背景者优先；
  • 2.具备3及以上健康险行业工作经验，其中两年以上渠道业务推动和项目运作工作经验；
  • 3.具备较强的学习能力，数据分析能力以及报告撰写能力。
