Redtech is helping our client with a Contractor search for a Project Manager – Sales Enablement & Marketing


Location – Downtown Seattle, WA/Parking is not provided - Hybrid – onsite 3 or 4 days/week in Seattle office (M-Th)/Fridays remote – daily schedule 8am – 5pm

Target start date - ASAP

Duration – 6 months to start

Must be able to successfully pass a background check


Pay Rate Range –$8,500 – 9,350/month (paid twice a month) ($50-55/hr W-2 x 170 hours/month) based on experience and benefits selected

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.

Sales Enablement & Marketing Project Manager (Contract)

The Sales Enablement Project Manager will support Sales Enablement teams by managing the intake, coordination, and execution of creative and marketing requests that support CLIENT sales initiatives.

This role is highly operational and requires exceptional project management, communication, and organizational skills. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, comfortable working in fast-paced environments, and skilled at managing multiple priorities across cross-functional teams.

This position will serve as a key liaison between Sales, Creative Services, and Marketing teams to ensure requests are clearly defined, appropriately prioritized, and delivered on time. While this role will primarily support Sales Enablement initiatives, the position may also provide project management and workflow support across broader Marketing initiatives as business needs evolve. This includes partnering with integrated marketing to help ensure operational alignment and timely execution of key projects.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee incoming sales enablement requests submitted by Sales teams and travel advisor partners
  • Support Sr. Manager, Sales Enablement to review creative briefs to ensure requests contain the appropriate level of detail, strategic direction, timelines and required assets before routing to Creative Services
  • Partner closely with the Senior Manager of Sales Enablement to prioritize projects and maintain visibility into all active requests
  • Ensure production timelines enable adequate review and deadlines are met
  • Maintain accurate project tracking and workflow management within Asana
  • Proactively identify gaps, bottlenecks, conflicting priorities, or incomplete information and work with stakeholders to resolve issues quickly
  • Communicate project status updates clearly and consistently to Sales teams and internal partners
  • Support development and refinement of intake processes, workflows, and operational best practices to improve efficiency and responsiveness
  • Coordinate a wide variety of sales enablement deliverables, including:
  • Trade advertising
  • Print advertising
  • Flyers and sales collateral
  • Email requests
  • Social media assets
  • Travel advisor marketing materials
  • Presentation support and promotional materials
  • Support additional Sales Enablement initiatives and operational needs as assigned


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in project management and sales enablement as well as Marketing, creative operations, or integrated marketing
  • Strong experience managing high volumes of projects and competing priorities simultaneously
  • Exceptional organizational and follow-through skills
  • Experience reviewing or managing creative briefs and marketing workflows
  • Proficiency in Asana or similar project management platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain operational consistency
  • Ability to work collaboratively across Sales, Marketing, Creative, and leadership teams
  • Experience within travel, hospitality, cruise, or consumer marketing industries preferred
