Responsibilities
- Lead the mining, analysis, and interpretation of data to develop actionable insights for complex business challenges
- Design, develop, and implement intuitive dashboards designed for easy consumption by business stakeholders
- Enhance / maintain existing population of dashboards and shared data sets
- Present findings/results to various stakeholders including senior leadership across marketing and sales
- Partner effectively with a variety of business stakeholders including marketing, sales, operations, and external vendors
- Partner with marketing operations to create new or enhance digital marketing data tables
- Enhance analytical processes including data flows, dashboards, and forecasts.
- Perform ad hoc analyses as opportunities arise
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical, processing, and mathematical skills with ability to structure and conduct analyses
- Some experience with a data viz tool, like Tableau or Power BI (2+ year)
- Intermediate experience with SQL (2+ years)
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, 2+ years) and CRM systems (Salesforce, 1+ year)
- Skill merging diverse data from different platforms, formats, and environments.
- Experience analyzing data from marketing and sales databases.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (with more advanced Excel data skills)
- Some general experience with data warehouses (such as AWS or Databricks)
- Conceptual thinker with proven analytical & problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present complex information in an easy-to-understand manner with clear recommendations based on data insight
- Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state and local laws.
