About The Role
As an Account Manager for BioMonitoring, you will drive the growth of our BioMonitoring (BM) product portfolio across your designated territory, achieve sales targets, and reinforce.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory business plan to achieve or exceed assigned sales goals and KPIs
- Identify and convert new business opportunities while managing and growing existing accounts
- Build strategic relationships with key customers; collaborate with field marketing, application, and service teams to strengthen our brand presence
- Manage distributor performance, co-develop annual BM business plans, and ensure compliance with sales standards
- Provide timely and accurate reports to management, including sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and distributor performance
- Bachelor's degree or above in Microbiology, Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related discipline
- Strong market knowledge of the assigned territory with the ability to develop and execute business plans
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- High integrity, well-organized, customer-focused, and self-motivated
- Established network within the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
