The Role:


As an Account Manager at Lojistic (officially a “Client Success Manager”), you’ll be the trusted partner for a portfolio of mid-market clients—retaining and expanding relationships, engaging the right stakeholders, and ensuring they get maximum value from Lojistic. This is a relationship-driven, consultative role where success is measured by client retention, growth, and the depth of trust you build over time.


You’ll work closely with stakeholders across operations and finance to proactively identify opportunities, solve problems before they surface, and position Lojistic as an indispensable partner, not just another vendor. You’ll collaborate with internal teams, champion our solutions, and help clients win in an industry that’s long overdue for change.


This isn’t a maintenance role, but it’s also not a hunting role. It’s about relationship stewardship: knowing your clients deeply, anticipating their needs, and driving measurable value that compounds year over year.

What You'll Be Doing:


  • Owning a portfolio of mid-market client relationships, with full accountability for retention, satisfaction, and growth
  • Engaging stakeholders across operations and finance to ensure clients are getting maximum value from Lojistic
  • Proactively identifying expansion opportunities within existing accounts and collaborating with internal teams to execute
  • Running regular business reviews, health checks, and planning conversations with key clients
  • Serving as the voice of the client internally: surfacing feedback, advocating for their needs, and driving product and service improvements
  • Collaborating with sales, support, and product teams to deliver seamless client experiences
  • Maintaining accurate account data, forecasts, and activity tracking in Salesforce and related tools
  • Staying current on carrier pricing trends, market dynamics, and Lojistic's evolving product offerings
  • Executing with consistency, professionalism, and accountability
  • Skills & Qualifications:


    • Minimum 3 years of proven B2B account management success (track record of retaining and growing accounts)
    • Direct industry experience in logistics (i.e. working for a shipping carrier, logistics software provider, or 3PL)
    • Experience pairing technology alongside a product/service offering
    • Strong history of developing and growing relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations
    • Ability to correspond and connect with people virtually (via email & video conference) on a professional level
    • Highly effective communicator, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively (verbally and in writing)
    • Strong judgment and discipline in remote work environments, where how you operate when no one is watching matters
    • Stellar attention to detail, proactive follow-up, and ability to manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball
    • Data driven and tool-savvy, with experience using other technology platforms like Salesforce, Gong and ZoomInfo
    • Strong teamwork and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and tackle challenges in a dynamic business environment
    • A bachelor’s degree is great, but results and relevant experience are more highly regarded
