Job Description
主要职责
- 负责区域市场的重点客户和经销商管理工作
- 持续追踪并完成公司下达的各项业绩指标,有效推动客户的生意良性发展以及潜力客户的开发。
- 负责重点客户年度合同谈判与管理,在公司销售策略指导下,制定适应区域客户发展的合作方案,并监督、跟进方案的实施与进展,且对执行结果负责
- 监督公司各项市场活动的落地执行,控制活动投入产出
- 负责所管理客户的门店拜访和日常执行工作
- 大学本科以上学历,3年以上外企工作经验;
- 良好的学习能力,工作积极主动,责任心强。
- 良好数据分析能力和市场洞察力,具备拓展新市场,新渠道的能力和信心。
- 较强的团队协作力和正向影响力。
- 能适应出差并服从公司安排。
- 熟练使用word,excel,PPT等办公软件,具备一定的英语读写能力。
