Enterprise Account Manager

You will serve as the primary commercial owner for a portfolio of high‑value accounts — ensuring retention, expansion, and long‑term partnership success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the full lifecycle of enterprise customer relationships, from onboarding through renewal and expansion
- Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned to customer goals and revenue targets
- Build deep, trusted relationships with CIO, CTO, CHRO, VP‑level, and Director‑level stakeholders
- Identify growth opportunities across product lines, services, and new business units
- Lead QBRs, executive business reviews, and strategic planning sessions
- Partner cross‑functionally with Product, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, and Leadership to deliver exceptional customer outcomes
- Forecast revenue, manage pipeline, and ensure accurate reporting of account health
- Navigate complex procurement, legal, and compliance processes for enterprise deals
- Serve as the voice of the customer to internal teams, influencing roadmap and service improvements
- 6-10+ years of experience in Enterprise Account Management, Strategic Accounts, or Enterprise Sales
- Proven track record of managing multi‑million‑dollar enterprise portfolios
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior decision‑makers
- Experience navigating complex sales cycles, renewals, and expansions
- Strong understanding of SaaS, cloud technologies, or enterprise solutions
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
- Ability to manage ambiguity and drive clarity in fast‑moving environments
- Experience in cybersecurity, HR tech, data platforms, or enterprise SaaS
- Familiarity with MEDDICC, Command of the Message, or similar sales methodologies
- Background in Customer Success or Solutions Consulting
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
