A fast-growing, venture-backed AI marketplace is hiring its first Product Manager, Acceleration to own a brand-new 0→1 product pillar.
This is a high-impact role reporting directly to the founders, focused on building the product systems that help a 50+ person operations team scale dramatically. The goal is simple: turn high-performing operators into multipliers, allowing one person to manage significantly more clients, recruiters and workflows without quality dropping.
The company is growing quickly, with revenue up 8x year over year, and is now looking for a product leader who can build at the intersection of marketplace dynamics, operations, AI workflows and automation.
What you’ll own
You’ll work closely with founders, engineering, operations and customer-facing teams to understand how the marketplace works today, identify the highest-leverage bottlenecks, and build product from the ground up.
In year one, you could be building:
- AI copilots embedded into operator workflows
- lead scoring and role health systems
- automation across recruiter outbound, activation, retention and lifecycle
- tools that help account managers and strategic project leads manage 3–5x more volume
- systems that replace manual triage and gut-feel decision making with structured product workflows
This is not a traditional roadmap management role. It is a hands-on, ambiguous, zero-to-one product seat where you’ll study how operators work end to end and build the systems that allow the marketplace to scale.
What they’re looking for
The ideal person will have 3–7 years of product management experience in a high-growth startup environment, ideally across B2B, marketplace, fintech, recruiting, AI, workflow automation or operations-heavy products.
You may be a strong fit if you have:
- startup experience, ideally at early or high-growth stage
- a founder mindset, with high ownership and comfort operating without a clear playbook
- built products that directly improved operational leverage or team throughput
- worked closely with internal operators, customer-facing teams or marketplace ops
- experience turning manual workflows into scalable software
- strong systems thinking and product judgment
- comfort operating in high-ambiguity, founder-led environments
- a bias toward shipping quickly and learning from users
- strong communication skills with founders, operators and engineers
- curiosity around AI copilots, automation and human-in-the-loop workflows
