We're partnering with a high-growth, venture-backed AI and social commerce business to find an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development of cutting-edge AI workflows, from generative prompting systems to data-driven decision engines.

This is a high-impact, strategic role reporting directly to the CEO, built for someone who moves fast, thinks big, and takes genuine ownership from day one.

You'll operate with a high degree of autonomy, shaping AI product strategy, driving end-to-end delivery, and collaborating closely with engineering, design and commercial teams during a pivotal period of growth.

🧠 What you'll own

• End-to-end AI product development, from initial discovery through to successful launch
• Generative AI workflows, including prompting systems and AI model optimisation
• Success metrics definition, tracking accuracy, conversion rates and automation impact to drive data-led iteration
• Product strategy, identifying high-impact opportunities in AI-powered personalisation, social engagement and prompting
• Cross-functional collaboration, working closely with engineers, designers and customer-facing teams
• Rapid iteration, shipping quickly and thriving in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
• Anchor project ownership, taking the lead on significant, high-visibility initiatives

👀 What we're looking for

• 3–7 years' product management experience, with a clear focus on AI-forward products
• Strong consumer product background, with hands-on customer-facing PM experience
• Experience in social, shopping or influencer ecosystems is a strong plus
• Background at high-growth startups
• Degree from a top 25 university
• Strong proficiency with building AI products and vibe coding or prototyping
