Product Manager
Indexed description
Covercy is a fintech startup moving almost $2 billion every year through our platform. Our SaaS product is used by the private equity industry, where real-estate funds buy buildings, offices, and shopping centers across the U.S. and around the world.
At Covercy, we're rewiring the way product managers work. With AI at the core of our process, we've shortened the lifecycle from ideation to execution and deployment from months to days. We don't write 40-page PRDs that sit in Confluence. We write sharp specs, prototype with AI in hours, and ship to real users the same week.
We're looking for a Product Manager to help define, build, and ship the next generation of our AI-native fintech SaaS platform. You'll own product areas end-to-end, from discovery through specs, execution, and launch, in an AI-first environment where agents help you research, draft specs, build prototypes, and validate ideas in days, not months.
- Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your area, in partnership with engineering, design, and leadership.
- Translate financial, operational, and technical problems into clear specs and intuitive user experiences.
- Run the full lifecycle: discovery → spec → prototype → build → launch → iterate.
- Use AI tools to accelerate every stage: research, specs, mockups, QA, customer docs.
- Talk to customers (funds, investors, and financial services teams) regularly to understand their workflows and pain points.
- Drive our SPEC-first development — write specifications clear enough that AI agents and engineers can execute them with minimal ambiguity.
- Define success metrics, follow through, and iterate.
- 5+ years as a Product Manager, ideally in B2B SaaS or fintech.
- Tech-savvy. Comfortable reading API docs, sketching data models, looking at SQL queries, and discussing architecture tradeoffs with engineers. You don't write production code, but you can build a working prototype with AI tools.
- AI-native mindset. You actively use Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, etc. in your daily workflow. If you're skeptical that AI can do real product work, this role is not for you.
- Outstanding communicator. You can explain a complex feature to a customer, an engineer, a designer, or a CEO, each at the right level. You know when to write a doc, when to record a Loom, and when to jump on a Slack huddle.
- Curious. You ask "why" until you really understand. Never satisfied with surface-level answers. You pick up new domains fast, and people enjoy explaining things to you because you get it.
- Hard worker. You take ownership and follow through. You'd rather ship something real next week than write the perfect plan over the next month.
- Strong analytical skills. Excellent written and spoken English.
- Hands-on experience building and experimenting with AI agents and advanced AI tooling: custom agents, MCP servers, Claude Code/Artifacts, Cursor workflows, RAG, automations, etc.
- Experience in fintech, banking, payments, or wealth management.
- Background in private equity, commercial real estate, or fund administration.
- Technical background: CS degree, former engineer, or former founder.
- Fast-growing fintech SaaS disrupting commercial real estate.
- Truly AI-native environment where ideation-to-deployment is measured in days.
- Hybrid: 2-3 days/week at our Israel office, Beit Gibor Sport, Menachem Begin 7, Ramat Gan (2 min from the train, 4 min from the Red Line).
- Real career growth potential.
