Account Executive (Avocacy/ Influencer Marketing)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute and manage advocacy & influencer marketing projects from planning to delivery — including product seeding, influencer training, inspiration sessions, and performance evidence collection.
- Build and manage project timelines/spot plans to ensure on-time delivery.
- Oversee and QC the entire process from briefing to production to guarantee output quality.
- Coordinate internal teams: set and recap meetings, follow up, and push progress to meet deadlines.
- Monitor project status closely; proactively update the Account Manager (AM) on any issues or delays.
- Prepare and manage all project reports with accuracy and timeliness.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, influencers, and KOLs.
- Support the AM in ensuring client satisfaction, cost control, and smooth project liquidation.
Key Deliverables
- Project KPIs achieved with cost efficiency and timely liquidation.
- On-time airing and delivery of campaign outcomes.
- Client approval obtained within two rounds of revision.
- Internal teams aligned and delivering quality work on schedule.
- Transparent, timely updates on project status.
- Accurate reports delivered on time with minimal revision.
REQUIREMENT:
- Solid understanding of influencer insights, advocacy strategy, and influencer marketing communication.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an agency (IMC, PR, or Social Media).
- Proactive, patient, detail-oriented, and capable of critical thinking.
- Strong project management and coordination skills.
- Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Aesthetic mindset and appreciation for beauty.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
- Awareness of social trends, tone of voice, and online community culture.
- Creative thinking and a good sense of art are strong advantages.
- High emotional intelligence (EQ) with the ability to build trust-based relationships with creators and clients.
