On behalf of an esteemed customer, luxury brand, We are recruiting the following profile, to join their Team in Munich:
STORE MANAGER / LUXURY BRAND / MUNICH
Responsibilities:
- Team Management of 13 people
- Be a Brand Ambassador and represent the Core Values of the Brand
- Build a strong customer experience
- Setting performance targets and driving department productivity and profitability
- Ensure that customer service and the store environment are always presented at the optimum level
- Produce reports and specific analysis
The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledges and experience:
- Fluent spoken English & German
- At least 7-8 years in managerial role for Luxury Brands
- Business driven and detailed oriented
- Team player with the ability to lead and influence peers
- Confident, enthusiastic and positive
- Problem solving
