Job Description
As a Platform Manager, Marketing - CDP you will be accountable for Marketing CDP (Customer Data Platform), solution roadmap, governance, enhancements, release-management and support; partner with stakeholders and project team to validate business and technical requirements and drive adoption through training, stakeholder-development and advocacy.
You will report to the Manager, Data, Analytics and Reporting and work hybrid in Barcelona, Spain.
Your Responsibilities
- Collaborate on critical architectural decisions - data pipelines, and analytics infrastructure - enabling fast and reliable marketing initiatives.
- Serve as a trusted expert on integrations between internal systems and external marketing platforms, ensuring secure and compliant data flows.
- Monitor and resolve technical issues affecting marketing operations and campaign delivery.
- Partner with marketing stakeholders to support initiatives like lifecycle campaigns, attribution tracking, and personalization.
- Own technical delivery on data enablement projects (Intent Models, Web Groups, Buying Journeys) from concept to deployment - ensuring milestones, scope, and quality standards are met.
- Manage vendor relationships and technical partnerships
- Minimum 5 years of Marketing Activation or Operations Experience
- Previous experience with Data Providers – Dun & Bradstreet, Zoom Info, SalesIntel, or similar platforms
- 5 years' hands-on experience with Sales/ MarTech Stack Development such as Salesforce Sales Cloud, Adobe AEM/Analytics, or Oracle Eloqua preferred.
- High Level of Proficiency in Excel – Power BI a plus
- Experience managing projects across business function teams
- While headquarters are in the US, you must collaborate with colleagues globally where time zones, languages, and cultural differences exist
- Fluency in English required (write, read, and speak)
- Flexibility to work Monday - Wednesday: 11 am - 7 pm CEST
- Bachelor's degree in data science, math, economics, business administration, market research, or another data-intensive field preferred.
- Experience with work management systems – Trello, Jira, Confluence, Seismic
- Understanding of data privacy regulations and the importance of protecting Personal Identifiable Information
- Background in SEO/Keyword Research and Optimization
